Vegetable seedlings on a bench inside a greenhouse

Vegetable production management

Know what to do today and what each batch costs.

AgroDoki brings tasks, batches, inventory, purchasing, scouting and costs into one place. You open the system and see what needs attention in the greenhouse, the hydroponic bays or the field.

For growers who run production: greenhouse, hydroponics and open field.

AgroDoki Today screen showing priorities, tasks for the day and batches in production (demo data)

What changes in your routine

Follow every crop

Each batch has an area, crop, variety, stages and people in charge. The Today screen shows overdue tasks, harvests in the coming days and what needs attention.

Control inputs without rework

From purchase request to receipt, inventory updates itself. You withdraw material once and the system deducts each application, with alerts for expiry dates and low stock.

Understand costs and results

The cost of each batch adds up what left inventory and what you entered by hand. With revenue by crop, you see the margin and return of each planting.

From seed to analysis

The production path, in one flow

Each stage feeds the next. You record something once and the information moves forward.

  1. Plan

Set up areas, crops and cycles. Sowing calculates the total number of seedlings and the expected transplanting date.

  2. Produce

Team activities start as planned and are completed in the field. Inputs leave inventory as they are used.

  3. Monitor

Scout for pests and diseases, record incidents and check the weather on the day of each visit.

  4. Harvest

Plan the harvest, record the quantity and grade it by quality, with customer and packaging.

  5. Analyze

See the batch cost, revenue by crop and the indicators for the period to decide the next planting.

Inside the system

See the system from the inside

Five everyday screens, with demo data.

Each screen below shows one area of the system.

  1. Start the day knowing what matters

Priorities, overdue tasks, batches in production and upcoming harvests on the same screen. Each person sees what their role allows.

    • Four indicators: batches in production, pending tasks, open incidents and input lots about to expire.
    • Month calendar with sowing, harvest, spraying and scouting, each in its own color.
    • Reminders for purchases awaiting approval and for transplanting in the next 5 days.
  2. Every batch with its own history

From sowing to harvest, the batch gathers activities, inputs used, harvests and calculated cost.

    • Sowing calculates the total number of seedlings and creates the transplanting activity on the expected date.
    • A partly completed activity creates the pending remainder on its own.
    • Versioned cycles: a protocol correction does not change batches already in progress.
  3. What you have and what to buy

The balance adds up every input lot in every location. Purchasing moves from request to quote to receipt.

    • Requests above an agreed amount wait for approval before going to the supplier.
    • Import the supplier invoice XML and the goods receipt arrives filled in.
    • Alerts for lots about to expire and for stock below the minimum appear on the Today screen.
  4. Pests and diseases, with a method

The system draws the benches, you record what you saw and it classifies the risk. High risk opens an incident.

    • Heat map of each threat's pressure, by bench and by bay.
    • Field notebook as a PDF, with photos and a line for the technical lead's signature.
    • Weather for the day filled in automatically when the area has coordinates.
  5. Cost, revenue and margin by crop

Choose the crop and the period and see operating cost, depreciation, interest on capital, margin and return.

    • The cost of each batch separates what came from inventory from what you entered by hand.
    • A batch without a cost calculation is listed, not counted as zero.
    • The Excel export brings the summary by category and the item-by-item detail.

Demo data, unrelated to real customers.

Features

Everything production asks for, in one system

Open the group you care about. Every item exists in AgroDoki today.

Plan the crop Properties, areas, crops, cycles and sowing.
  • Properties with areas in a hierarchy: greenhouses, benches, beds and sub-areas.
  • Area sketch: you upload the image and mark where each bench sits.
  • Crops and varieties, with season, calendar color and commercial packaging.
  • Versioned cycles and protocols. Whatever is already published does not change.
  • Sowing in trays, pots or open field, including phenolic foam, with the total number of seedlings calculated.
Coordinate the team Activities, calendar and batches.
  • Activities planned first and carried out afterwards, without erasing what was expected.
  • Partial completion: the remainder becomes a new pending activity.
  • Transplanting record with beds covered, seedlings planted and seedlings discarded.
  • Month calendar with week number and moon phase.
  • Purchased seedlings enter the batch with their cost recorded.
Inventory and purchasing From request to balance.
  • Inventory kept as a ledger: nothing is erased, and a mistake is fixed with a reversal.
  • Field loads: withdraw once and use it up little by little, returning or discarding what is left.
  • Purchase requests with approval rules by amount, category or priority.
  • Supplier quotes compared by cost per unit.
  • Goods receipt that creates the stock lot, with NF-e XML import.
  • Input lots with expiry date, origin and packaging details.
Safer applications Crop protection, fertilizers and preparations.
  • Product sheet by crop: target, dose, spray volume and pre-harvest interval, with AGROFIT lookup.
  • Preparations with five warnings: pre-harvest interval, upcoming harvest, volume, mode-of-action rotation and mixing.
  • Warnings never block. The person in charge decides, and the confirmation is saved.
  • "Before mixing" panel with the order of addition for fertilizers and their incompatibilities.
Pests and diseases Scouting, incidents and field notebook.
  • Threats with a risk threshold, risk months and reference photos.
  • Reproducible random draw of benches, with borders and sentinel benches.
  • Scouting session in four steps, with the weather of the day.
  • Heat map, dashboard by period and control efficiency before and after each application.
  • Field notebook as a PDF and incidents with their own workflow, from open to closed.
Soil, water and hydroponics Lab reports, recommendations and nutrient solutions.
  • Soil analysis with calculated indices and the source of each range.
  • Liming and fertilization recommendation by crop, issued and downloaded as a PDF.
  • Water analysis for irrigation or hydroponics.
  • Nutrient solution with the contribution of fertilizers and water, element by element.
Harvest and sales Harvests, grading, customers and revenue.
  • Harvest planned and carried out, with backups for the person in charge.
  • Grading by quality, with a catalog you can edit for each crop.
  • Batch yield: planted, harvested and losses.
  • Harvest customer records. An inactive customer stays in the history.
  • Revenue by crop and sales channel. Losses and own consumption generate no revenue.
Costs and results Cost per batch, assets and indicators.
  • Actual cost per batch: inventory used plus manual entries, with the receipt attached.
  • Each recalculation becomes a new record, and the system never assumes a zero cost in silence.
  • Assets with depreciation and interest on capital.
  • Indicators by crop and period: operating cost, margin, return and cost per unit.
Team, security and support Roles, history, optional AI and first steps.
  • Seven roles, from Admin to Consultant, with permissions by screen and by action.
  • Change history showing the before and after of each field.
  • Private attachments on batches, incidents and costs.
  • Optional AI assistant that looks up your real data and respects your role.
  • First steps: seven stages that check themselves off when the data exists.
  • Interface in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with a help center.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Did not find your question? Request a demo and we will talk.

What is AgroDoki?

It is software to manage vegetable production, from planning to the cost of each batch. It brings together areas, crops, activities, inventory, purchasing, scouting, soil and water, harvest and costs.

Does it work for greenhouse, hydroponics and open field?

Yes. Areas can be greenhouses, benches, beds or open field, and sowing supports trays, pots and direct sowing in the bed. Hydroponics has its own nutrient solution and water analysis.

Do I need to install anything?

No. AgroDoki runs in the browser. You sign in with your email and password.

How do I get started?

You request a demo, see the system with sample data and agree on a proposal. After you get access, the First steps list guides you through adding the property, areas, crops, products, suppliers and team.

Can my team have different levels of access?

Yes. There are seven roles: Admin, Manager, Agronomist, Inventory, Operator, Maintenance and Consultant. Each screen and action only appears for people with the permission, and the history records who changed what.

Is my data kept apart from other properties' data?

Yes. Each organization sees only its own data, and attachments are never public.

Do I have to use artificial intelligence?

No. The AI assistant is optional and only works if your organization sets up a key. Without it, the rest of the system works normally.

How much does it cost?

There are three plans: Essential, Production and Group. The prices on this page are provisional. Request a demo and receive a proposal for the size of your production.

Is the system available in other languages?

Yes. The interface is available in Brazilian Portuguese, English and Spanish.
